CubCrafters FX-3 is the latest variation on the Carbon Cub series, featuring an all-new engine and a high-speed propeller in a lightweight platform. Hangar 9 is proud to introduce the largest and most modern Cub in a complete ARF format for the giant scale RC pilot.

The combo includes a DLE-170cc Twin Gas Engine with Electric Ignition and Mufflers, expertly constructed with lightweight, laser-cut balsa and plywood. Large 8.5" inch tires with aluminum hubs make for smooth landing even in tough terrains. The two-piece fiberglass cowl allows for easy access to the engine and fuel system, and the operational flaps provide STOL capabilities. Functional high-density 3S Lipo compatible LED landing and navigation lights are included, and the aircraft is designed to accept 100 - 200cc gasoline engines.

The functional tail flying wires and the removable stabilizer with just 4 screws add to the aircraft's versatility. The functional side double doors with working scale locking mechanism and alloy handle, as well as the cockpit details including seats and scale dash panel, contribute to the realistic appearance of the model. Durable transportation bags are included to protect the wings and tails during transport.
