First, ensure the iron sock has been placed inside the shoe before use. Next, connect the Digital LCD Sealing Iron to an appropriate 110V AC wall outlet. Place the iron on the metal stand, positioning it on a thermal insulation or poor thermal conductivity surface, such as flagstone or a glass table.

Press the ON/OFF button to begin heating. You can adjust the temperature range from 100°C to 200°C (212°F to 392°F) by pressing the Temp. adjust buttons. To change between °C and °F, hold the (ON/OFF) & (°C/°F) button for approximately 3 seconds.

Once the temperature reaches the desired setting, you can start using the sealing iron. Please double-check that the iron sock has been properly placed in the shoe before proceeding. Adjust the temperature as needed by pressing the Temp. adjust buttons and test the settings until the covering material adheres smoothly to the balsa wood.

The package includes a 110V cord, a safety metal stand, a cotton sock, and operating instructions. The digital LCD screen provides precise thermostatic control, maintaining the temperature within ±10°C (±18°F) of the set range of 100°C - 200°C (212°F - 392°F).

The ergonomic handle design and specially-designed tips make it easy to access tight corners, curves, and fillets. The sock protects the covering and the coating on the heat sealing iron, preventing scratches and marring.

The temperature setting can be easily changed with the touch of a button, allowing you to switch between °C and °F. You can change the temperature scale by holding the (ON/OFF) & (°C/°F) button for approximately 3 seconds.
